You Feel Like Home To Me | A Frogtown Cellars Wedding Film

Sarah & Ross – June 15, 2019

Sarah walked down the stone path where she knew her groom waited. They hadn’t seen each other yet this day but she was ready. She had her wedding dress on from La Raines, made by Moonlight Design. She knew it was the dress when she saw the beautiful, intricate design on the back.

He stood with his back to her as she closed the distance to her soon to be husband. She tapped him on the left shoulder feeling giddy and nervous all at the same time.

Ross turned around to face her, his face full of emotion like he might cry or laugh at any moment. He pulled her in for a loving embrace and then stood back to take her all in.

“You look perfect”, he said with a smile from ear to ear. Sarah giggled nervously.

Ross took her by both hands. “Wow!” he exclaimed. “Oh my goodness!”

“Do you like it?”

“Sarah, you look stunning.” She couldn’t help but giggle again. “I love it,” he said pulling her into another embrace, “I love it. Let’s go get married.”

“Let’s do this thing.”

The wedding ceremony took place down by the pond not long after they had had their first look. She was determined to read her that she had written without crying.

“Ross, from the moment our paths crossed you captivated and challenged me like no one ever has. You feel like home to me.” Her voice began to waver as she continued on. “You are the love of my life and you make me happier than I could ever imagine with more love than I ever thought possible.” A lump caught in her throat as she fought back the tears. She gave another nervous giggle and fanned herself with her hand. “I thought I wasn’t going to cry,” she said as the guests laughed.

Sarah finally made it through all of her vows as did Ross.

“It is my honor and delight to declare you husband and wife.”
