Yup. You betcha!

Depending on our backlog it could take up to 2 months (but hopefully sooner) to receive all of your images.  We try our best to send you some sneak peaks to enjoy while you wait!

We give you your very own beautiful online gallery where you can view and easily download all your images.  You can also order professional quality prints and wall art directly from the gallery if you wish.

We recommend saving your images to several different USB flash drives and distributing them to family so you’ll always have backup copies somewhere in case something happens to yours.

We give you the full, high resolution images that have been edited to perfection by us.  They will be in the industry standard .jpg format.

Absolutely!  You will have full rights to print your images whenever and wherever you see fit.  We do reserve the right to use your images for our promotions.

Unfortunately no.  We believe engagement sessions are very important to your overall wedding experience and they will help your wedding day go so much smoother because you get a feel for how we work and vice versa.  That is why we offer them complimentary with every package.  We do not pad our wedding packages to provide this service for you.  You don’t have to take advantage of this complimentary service but we do not offer discounts or product exchanges for our engagement sessions.

Wedding Video FAQ’s

Depending on our backlog of wedding films to edit it could take up to 4 months.  The level of detail and storytelling that we provide with our wedding films takes a long time to edit and during peak wedding season when we are shooting several weddings a month, we can accumulate a pretty hefty backlog of films to edit. With that being said, our average turn around time is usually much less than this.

We provide you with a link to a page on our website where can view and download your wedding videos.  It is all complete with instructions on how to download, how to post on social media, and how to preserve your wedding video forever.

We place a small, lavaliere microphone on the groom. It is barely noticeable and it will clearly capture the words from the groom and the bride and also the officiant.  We also use other backup audio sources during the ceremony depending on the sources available.

We usually get a very good idea of the couple’s taste in music by what is played at the wedding and reception and we do our best to stick with that style of music.

There is a certain “feeling” or “emotion” that is a part a every couple’s wedding day.  Some couples are more outgoing and high energy while others may be more laid back and reserved and still others may be more silly and adventurous.  We choose music to help enhance those feelings, emotions, and vibes that we see in each couple and in each wedding.

Choosing the right music for wedding films is really an art in itself and it can make or break a wedding film.

This is a loaded question and we wish it were that simple.  Legally, the music we use in your wedding film has to be licensed.   We do this through sites like Soundstripe.  Unfortunately you are not likely to find most of your main stream music available for licensing.

Also, since we like to use lots of voice overs from your wedding day in your wedding film we tend to use music without vocals. We don’t want the song vocals competing with the voice overs making them difficult to understand clearly.

You are welcome to suggest a song you’ve found on the site listed above and we’ll try but we can’t promise we’ll be able to use it.
