R-Ranch In The Mountains Wedding

I love this couple so much. There is no doubt the love that they share for one another. Just watch the video of this R-Ranch in the Mountains wedding and you’ll see.

My favorite memory of this wedding is the epic ceremony entrance of the bride. After everyone else had made their entrance, the immediate family, the groom, the entire wedding party, we all waited. Where was the bride?

This was an open outside wedding so there was no place to hide. Eventually you here the faint “clip clop clip clop” of a horse’s hooves as it pulls a carriage up the mountain to the ceremony site. It was the longest and most dramatic entrance I believe we’ve ever been apart of.

The surrounding mountains set the backdrop as the horse and carriage crested the top of the hill and finally you could see the bride and her dad seated in the back of the carriage. Eventually the horse and buggy made its way around the ceremony site, dad helped his daughter down out of the carriage, and they strolled up to the front of the aisle to start the wedding ceremony.

Below is a transcript of their vows to one another.

“When we first started dating I had no idea where this relationship would take us. But through our faith in God and our love for each other, we have prevailed. My life is always filled with joy when I am with you. I love going on adventures with you no mater how small they are and I can’t wait to explore this world with you. They say that time apart makes the heart grow fonder. I know this is true because whenever I see you after being away it feels like I’m falling in love with you all over again.”

“I promise to listen to you, to be patient with you, to never make you feel less, to always hold you up when you are down, to share the weight of your burdens, to go on wild and crazy adventures with you, to be the kiss you wake up to each morning, and I promise to tell you how much I love you every single day.”

“You’ve loved me at my darkest and I promise to love you during your struggles. I promise to put you in a good mood when you are sad. I promise to find you food when you are hangry. And I promise to tell you you are beautiful even when you don’t feel it. I promise that I will always put God and you before anything. No matter what obstacle we face during our marriage just know that I will remain by your side.”

“Marrying you is the easiest decision I have ever made because I have never felt so loved, understood, and wanted by someone more than I am with you. I have waited for this day since I was 14 years old and I am overwhelmingly ready to start this new life with you.”
