Chota Falls is one of the most amazing wedding venues in north Georgia and is easily in our top three favorite venues of all time. A waterfall on site? Yes please. Not to mention multiple ceremony locations, a plethora of gorgeous photo locations, a wonderful staff, and did we mention a waterfall? Keep reading below for more details.
Venue Type
If you are looking for a fantastic wedding venue, something different that isn’t a barn or a vineyard, Chota Falls could be the one you’ve been dreaming of. This venue has built a ceremony site around its very own waterfall. It also has more ceremony location options discussed below.
DIY or All Inclusive?
Chota falls is pretty much an all inclusive venue except for your photographer, videographer, and DJ. The venue provides the decor, florals, catering, coordinating, and even some lodging. And they excel at everyone of these wedding services. The florals are second to none. The food is always stellar. We are a recommended vendor with Chota Falls and we would love to photograph and/or video your dream wedding here.
Ceremony Locations
Chota Falls is famous for its ceremony location with a waterfall in the background. But the waterfall isn’t the only location to hold a ceremony. The venue also has a beautiful chapel and another outdoor location in the meadow with mountain views.
Reception Space
The reception space at Chota Falls is beautiful and spacious and able to seat up to three hundred guests. Flagstone floors, vaulted, wooden ceilings, a wrap-around upstairs loft, and plenty of natural light coming in through the multitude of windows make this ball room full of splendor and grandeur.
Bridal Suite
The bridal getting ready room is spacious enough for several bridesmaids to get ready in.
Where do the groomsmen get ready?
There are plenty of rooms on site where it is possible for the groomsmen to get ready in. It is so helpful to photographers to have everyone getting ready on site if possible. That way travel time doesn’t cut into the photo timeline.
